Purchasing Organizing Products

As the new year approaches, our focus turns to getting organized. What to do with all the newly acquired stuff?? Well, here is a tip - before you go to your favorite store to stock up on organizing supplies, focus your attention on the elimination process. Downsize before you buy. Once you go through all your stuff and get rid of what you no longer need, you may be surprised to find that you actually don't need any organizing supplies at all.

If this isn't the truth... You're guilting me into decluttering my scrap/craft closet. It's organized, it's just not so neat and tidy.

Shhhhhh, don't tell on me....every one has one place or two, right?

:-) Happy Tuesday!

I'm working on my own life and home (not at all organized!) and have been enormously helped by a great book, "Your Spacious Self." Great philosophy, in that a clear home helps lead to a clear mind and peaceful spirit. And she addresses the many aspects of clutter such as doing a bit each day, going slow to go fast, clutter as imbalance, clutter as energy, and feeling the joy, to name a few. This is like having a personal guide with you all the time, holding your hand when you need it, and cheering you on as you clear the clutter in your home and life.
